This page is used to inform website visitors and registered users of eMenuCHOICE of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information.
Information collection and use
We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
In the future, we may sell to, buy, merge with, or partner with other businesses. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), date/time stamp and operating system information.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you to improve services we offer you or troubleshoot issues that are reported.
We implement a variety of security measures to help keep your information secure. For instance, all communication with the Service and website requires HTTPS. Passwords are not stored in plain text but are hashed, using industry-standard methods.
Accessing, changing, or deleting your information
You may access or change your information from the eMenuCHOICE Service at any time. You may discontinue your use of eMenuCHOICE and delete your account by following the terms in your Service Agreement.
Deleted information may be kept in backups for up to 90 days. Backups are encrypted and are only accessed if needed for disaster recovery.
The eMenuCHOICE website and Service do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Information for European Union visitors
By visiting or using eMenuCHOICE, you authorize us to collect, use, and store your information outside of the European Union.
