"You can see the incremental rise in revenue we've experienced since using eMenuCHOICE," Taylor said as he shared the below chart. "If you can drive revenue and lower costs at the same time, from an operator’s standpoint it’s a no brainer”

The increase in revenue has also positively impacted the staff at Civitas. "It's a lot easier for me to make a phone call to senior leadership and ask for something when I'm able to show our monthly revenue," said Taylor. "We've used it to raise wages, we've used it to buy equipment, we've used it for a lot of things. It's the old saying, 'spend money when you make money.'"
