Our History
eMenuCHOICE was developed in 2013 by Lyngblomsten to leverage technology to break down communication barriers and give Lyngblomsten’s residents true choice across a continuum of care. It quickly became apparent that other communities could benefit from eMenuCHOICE, so Lyngblomsten made eMenuCHOICE publicly available in 2016.
