It quickly became apparent that other communities could benefit from eMenuCHOICE, so Lyngblomsten made eMenuCHOICE publicly available in 2016. Now it helps thousands of residents each day enjoy true choice in dining while helping their communities save time and money with each meal served.

Lyngblomsten is a Christian nonprofit organization serving older adults and their families through innovative healthcare, housing, and community-based services for over 110 years. Partnered in ministry with more than two dozen Christian congregations across the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul in Minnesota, Lyngblomsten provides a continuum of care that meets the needs of adults as they travel through the later years of their life’s journey. Lyngblomsten’s services nurture the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
